“As I sat with this idea and thought about the wonderful space we have to work with, I decided to go for an animal flow class!!!

Tap into childlike play in this high-energy class. We will engage in creative, natural movements inspired by creatures of this earth. Through a series of dynamic exercises, you'll harness your body's potential, move with fluid grace, and activate core strength. Expect to sweat, stretch, and challenge yourself in new and exciting ways!

All levels are welcome to come and play! Modifications will be offered as needed.”
