Aloha,

We’re happy to invite you to a ceremony of the heart. During our time together, we will be working with the medicines of movement, voice, cacao, and psilocybin. Each person will receive a ceremonial dose of Guatemalan cacao and a micro-dose of mushrooms, which were grown with immense love and care in California.

The intention of this space is to attune to the medicine of your heart by opening the body and the voice. When we do this we become clearer, listening deeply to the wisdom that we carry inside, and helping us to amplify our Mana.

The ceremony consists of two workshops; somatic movement and vocal exploration.

Movement is medicine as we attune to the subtleties of the body and intentionally release energy stored in our tissues. We will explore what it means to listen to the body, meet our blockages with compassion, learn about what is being stored, and liberate ourselves through movement.

The voice is a powerful ally when we know how to listen to it and use it authentically. In our exploration we will work with different tools and exercises to uncover our blocks, soften our resistance, and empower our willingness to take up space.

We will provide yoga mats, but if you’d like extra comfort and support please bring your favorite cushions, pillows, and an eye mask for the sound bath, if you’d like. We will also provide an Organic and Vegan meal for you to ground with. Please bring a journal, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move around in.

Facilitators

Sage is a facilitator of the heart. She is passionate about connecting human beings back to the wisdom of the body and of their own hearts. Sage works with the medicines of cacao, movement, sound, and integration work to clear the debris that lays stagnant in the body. The intention of the work is to create more space for love, truth, and connection. Psychedelic integration specialist, movement facilitator, yoga instructor, artist, and space holder; Sage has dedicated her life to creating alchemical spaces where we turn pain into power.

Maité La Muse is a studied and intuitive singer and songwriter carrying sacred sounds and medicine music. With her hypnotic voice and powerful lyrics, she captures an international audience of spiritual practitioners, healers, seekers, and those walking their journey of awakening. Maité is celebrated for her ability to channel etheric melodies that pulls listeners deep into presence with the Divine, all while keeping a playful, grounded presence. Another facet of her work involves leading and facilitating powerful vocal empowerment workshops for women around the world. Maité is a certified yoga teacher, NLP practitioner, and a multi-lingual, multi-instrumental artist devoted to spreading a message of love and remembrance.
